SHIPPING AND RETURNS

A confirmation email will be sent to you after you place an order.

 At Lenwood London order processing will take approximately 1-3 business days, along with pending availability and credit card verification. There can be no cancellations or modifications once order is completed.

We do not ship on weekends or United States holidays. 

Lenwood London is not to be held accountable for stolen, damaged, or lost items. The courier is responsible once package is released from our facility.

Orders that contain P.O. Box, APO & FPO addresses will be cancelled prior to shipping 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

To request return authorization, email info@lenwoodlondon.com

At Lenwood London we will only allow returns 10 business days following purchase.

All returns must not show traces of wear, be damaged, or washed. All original tags & labels must be intact. If items aren’t returnable, we will return item & customer will be responsible for courier cost.

Refunds will be processed immediately after the arrival of your returned item. Please expect a shipping reduction from your returned payment. Returned payments should be available within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges can be made for same item in different size only. If customer would like a different style item please return order and make a new purchase. Please email info@lenwoodlondon.com to request exchange & return label.
